| Affiliates |
Companies related by common ownership or control. They can be financial and nonfinancial companies.
• Affiliates include City Direct and some businesses with City in the name. Affiliates cannot use Your information for any purpose except to administer Your request for financial products. |
| Nonaffiliates |
Companies not related by common ownership or control. They can be financial and nonfinancial companies.
• Motor vehicle lenders, insurance agencies, and providers of after-market products such as service contracts, protection contracts, or Guaranteed Asset Protection (GAP) |
| Joint marketing |
A formal agreement between nonaffiliated financial companies that together market financial products or services to you.
• Joint marketing partners may include finance companies, warranty providers and/or insurance agencies related to Your request. |
