My fiancé just purchased a Nissan Maxima from the Murfreesboro Location. We had a great experience from beginning to end. First, we were not "hounded" like most dealerships these days, and we were politely asked by one of the salesman (Bill Williamson). We really wanted to test drive the car that evening however we knew it was already near closing time so we did not want to keep people late, however Bill said it would be ok and went and got us the keys. We really like the car, but what made us "seal the deal" was Bill. His personality, experience, and knowledge was awesome! I will refer everybody I know to come see Bill!! Please make sure he is aware of how good he makes your company on the front line!! I also want to include the financing team was very helpful in getting us a good payment.

I just wanted to say Thank You to Bo Bowling for an awesome car buying experience. He was so professional and patient as I worked through how I wanted to handle this big purchase. This is my first car buying experience...it will not be my last with City Auto as long as Bo Bowling is a salesman on that lot! I am very pleased with my BMW 550 I purchased from City Auto. Rob Saldana was truly a pleasure to deal with. He is very, very knowledgeable in all things German automotive and their nuances. The gentleman in the Finance department who handled all the paperwork was excellent as well and not pushy at all. You guys have two fantastic team members! I will recommend City Auto and Rob to any of my friends or clients.

I bought my car from Sebastian at City Auto. He was never pushy and he walked around with us until we found something we liked. We said we were just looking today and hoping to buy this weekend. He told us no rush and to put in an application so he could see what he could do for us. We got approved and when we went to test drive the car Sebastian was stuck in traffic for a little while. We were approached by Curtis who said he'd take us to test drive the car and answer our questions. I thought that was so sweet that even though he wasn't the one making the sell that'd he still put the customers first. As soon as Sebastian got there we started our paper work which took a little while but Sebastian was very attentive to us by bringing us water and checking back with us to let us know what was going on. When we finally got back to the financial office we had Joe handling our paperwork. He went over EVERYTHING with us. Since it was our first time doing this we had a lot of questions and Joe was very patient with us. He asked us about our jobs, family, how we met. He was all around a very good guy. The next day I found that my fuse box cover was missing. I called Sebastian and he said come in on Monday and I'll fix you right up. I was in and out of there in 20 minutes. It is very obvious that City Auto puts the customer first even after they get their money! It put us at ease making our first big purchase because Sebastian, Curtis, and Joe were there for us and helping along the way. I will be recommending any friend, family, or coworker who is looking for a car. Car salesmen usually get a bad rep but Sebastian, Curtis, and Joe are truly great employees and all around good people.

I bought a car on yesterday and the experience was awesome. Boonie Walls was so professional and helpful. He went above and beyond. He asked me what I wanted and made it happen. The Salesman Mr. Steven Ray was a pleasure to deal with, and very fashionable in his matching blue shirt and shoes! The majority of our sale was done over the phone since we live in Millington and the car was in Murfreesboro, about 250 miles apart. The purchase and financing was a breeze. Most of the paperwork was ready when we arrived which made the transaction very easy.

We bought a vehicle at City Auto 2 days ago. I have to say that vehicle shopping has always been a stressful event in the past, but the salesman we had at City Auto (Darrel James) was excellent. He was kind, likable, Unpushy (a very welcome change from the norm!) and went above and beyond to make our experience fun and stress free.
