We love our 2008 Jetta we bought sight unseen from the City Auto store in Murfreesboro. The salesperson was great to work with and I felt great about the description of the car. There were nearly 30 photos online for me to look at along with a clean Car Fax report. The car was delivered exactly as pictured and described. I have recommended City Auto to many of my friends and family. They have a great selection of used cars!

I must say I was a little leery at first to go to City Auto. I was frustrated with several of the big name dealerships not providing any assistance with what I was looking for. But after seeing the commercial I decided to go in and look. From the time me and my husband stepped out of our vehicle, we were met by Eric Hargrove who handled every detail. He never gave up on helping us to find a truck we would be satisfied with. We wholeheartedly appreciate the extra step he went in making sure our truck buying experience was 100% satisfaction.

Last Saturday (May 5th) my wife and I came to City Auto and traded our old Civic in and bought a 2006 Honda Element from Mr. Weeks. The experience was perfect. There was no haggling, no hard sell, and most importantly - there were no surprises/hiccups/hidden fees in the financing office afterwards. We told him what we could spend, and he listened and made it work. This is very different than the usual car sales experience we've ran into. This is our second car we've purchased from City Auto in the last 2 years - and we will definitely be coming back when it's time for another, hopefully Mr. Weeks will still be there.

I recently brought my daughter in to look and possibly purchase her first car. Her salesman was Richard Johnson. He made our shopping experience a pleasant one and took care of my daughter as if she was his own. There was no pressure and my daughter bought the vehicle she wanted with no hassle and even the financing was a breeze. When my daughter, Sarah, took the car back for some touchup work, Richard was right there with her. Today I came in to pick up the tags and Richard Johnson came up to me and greeted me and asked how my daughter was enjoying the car. I will recommend City Auto and Richard Johnson to my friends looking to buy a preowned vehicle. Thanks Richard

I searched through the vehicles on the web and made a personal list of the ones I was interested in. When I got to City Auto there were cars everywhere! I made a few calls to the sellers, and they pointed me in the right direction to the cars. I had a great time shopping and was not once pressured to buy. All salesmen that I had dealings with were extremely nice. I ended up buying one from Ron Stein, he worked with us on the price, he was patient and I would gladly recommend him to any of my friends. Thanks Ron!

I purchased a vehicle on February 3, 2012. It was the greatest experience of purchasing a vehicle I have ever experienced. Chris Weeks was my salesman, he was very patient and polite he made me feel as if I was a very special and important customer. I have purchased many vehicles but I never felt so welcome; everyone that I came into contact with was so polite and nice. I have found a new home for purchasing all of my vehicles and I would highly recommend any of my friends and associates to City Auto. The gentleman in the finance office was so very pleasant and nice.

I shopped around for a couple weeks looking for different Dodge Chargers to buy. I emailed City Auto and within 30 minutes I received a call from Rusty Dalton. He met the exact deal I was trying to get. He had me come in that same morning and the car was ready for me to test drive. Needless to say I bought it. The experience of buying a car was not the hassle that I thought it would be. Everyone from the salesman, finance manager and the office assistant were great

On Dec. 31, 2011 we purchased a Ram 1500 Truck. We found the truck we were looking for at a very fair price. Our salesman, Ethan Moss, was extremely pleasant and down to earth. Our truck, although not new, it is everything and more that we were hoping to find. We are so pleased with our purchase of an '06 Honda CRV through Ethan Moss. Ethan was patient and honest with us as we waded through the decision of which SUV to buy. We felt confident in our purchase because of the 1 month/ 1000 mile warranty. Our local mechanic checked the vehicle out and agreed that it was a great deal! City Auto is the BEST!!! My salesman, Chris Weeks, was honest, patient, and easy going. I never felt pressured or pushed into a car I did not like. Chris worked with my budget, and my not so perfect credit. He gave me honest advice on choosing a car and got me into an awesome vehicle. Their inspection process is great and it is comforting to know that I left the lot with a great car, at a great price. The Finance department was awesome and very friendly. I truly enjoyed working with them. Thank you Chris for blowing the myth that buying a car is difficult and stressful. I will only buy my next car from ya'll.

I recently purchased a 2007 Ford 500 from there. I was originally dissatisfied because it wasn’t exactly what I wanted. However, I have since grown to LOVE my vehicle and want to keep it in the best condition possible.
