I purchased a vehicle on February 3, 2012. It was the greatest experience of purchasing a vehicle I have ever experienced. Chris Weeks was my salesman, he was very patient and polite he made me feel as if I was a very special and important customer. I have purchased many vehicles but I never felt so welcome; everyone that I came into contact with was so polite and nice. I have found a new home for purchasing all of my vehicles and I would highly recommend any of my friends and associates to City Auto. The gentleman in the finance office was so very pleasant and nice.

I shopped around for a couple weeks looking for different Dodge Chargers to buy. I emailed City Auto and within 30 minutes I received a call from Rusty Dalton. He met the exact deal I was trying to get. He had me come in that same morning and the car was ready for me to test drive. Needless to say I bought it. The experience of buying a car was not the hassle that I thought it would be. Everyone from the salesman, finance manager and the office assistant were great

On Dec. 31, 2011 we purchased a Ram 1500 Truck. We found the truck we were looking for at a very fair price. Our salesman, Ethan Moss, was extremely pleasant and down to earth. Our truck, although not new, it is everything and more that we were hoping to find. We are very pleased with our purchase and definitely recommend City Auto to anyone looking for a used car that is dependable and clean at a good price.

We are so pleased with our purchase of an '06 Honda CRV through Ethan Moss. Ethan was patient and honest with us as we waded through the decision of which SUV to buy. We felt confident in our purchase because of the 1 month/ 1000 mile warranty. Our local mechanic checked the vehicle out and agreed that it was a great deal! We would definitely recommend City Auto and Ethan to our friends.

City Auto is the BEST!!! My salesman, Chris Weeks, was honest, patient, and easy going. I never felt pressured or pushed into a car I did not like. Chris worked with my budget, and my not so perfect credit. He gave me honest advice on choosing a car and got me into an awesome vehicle. Their inspection process is great and it is comforting to know that I left the lot with a great car, at a great price. The Finance department was awesome and very friendly. I truly enjoyed working with them. Thank you Chris for blowing the myth that buying a car is difficult and stressful. I will only buy my next car from ya'll.

I bought my Toyota Tacoma from Dale Johnson. I am surprised but very happy with the ease of buying and the service that I received during the entire process. My total experience with City Auto was very good. My shopping experience was excellent. Lanny Province sold me my car and he was very helpful and very knowledgeable about the car. I recently purchased a 2007 Ford 500 from there. I was originally dissatisfied because it wasn’t exactly what I wanted. However, I have since grown to LOVE my vehicle and want to keep it in the best condition possible. Boonie Walls was my salesperson and I think he is very professional and made me comfortable with my purchase. Purchasing my vehicle at City Auto was probably the easiest car buying experience I've ever had. The salesman (Eugene) was very laid back, not the usual pushy in-your-face type at all. Matt, the finance guy, was awesome also. I will definitely refer my freinds and family to City Auto when they are in the market for a vehicle, and continue to be a customer myself. I love my 07 Sport Trac.

Three weeks before my purchase I bought another car that cost me an additional $1000 in repairs and then I was told that it needed a new engine. I could not be MORE PLEASED!! They are very good at what they do. My experience was simply awesome. Sales Pressure? There was some but not nearly as much as I expected. We got the deal done and they allowed me to negotiate some of the terms. They made it easy to buy my car and have to just say this IS the place to buy a used car. I drove from Forest, MS to buy a car. My saleman told me to trust him that he would make the deal happen and he was 100% correct. There are some simple rules you have to follow if you are going to be in the business of selling: treat the customer right ( They did ), be direct and honest ( They were ) and most importantly, give em a good deal ( that's what I got ) thanks City Auto, good job!

I have purchased a total of three cars from City Auto. Each experience has been different but truly rewarding. My last purchase was a BMW Z4 purchased from Mike Templeton. Prior to that I purchased a BMW Z3 from City Auto and unfortunately some one rear-ended me and it was totaled. Mike and his staff eased my pain by working with me and State Farm to coordinate the cash purchase of my new BMW Z4. This in itself let me know that City Auto is not just in business to make money but to give excellent customer service. This car would have sold itself, in fact someone else was attempting to get financed for it, but God and City Auto knew it was for me. Thanks City Auto and Mike.
