Exchange Policy

Exchange Guarantee Terms & Conditions

Eligibility
The exchange must be initiated within 5 calendar days from the date of purchase. No more than 300 miles may be added to the vehicle after the purchase date.

Vehicle Condition
The vehicle must be in the same condition as at the time of delivery, with only normal wear and mileage. Any modifications or additions made by the customer will not be reimbursed and become the property of City Auto.

Trade-Ins
If you traded in a vehicle, City Auto will apply the full value assigned at the time of purchase toward your new selection. Any negative equity from your trade-in will carry over to the new purchase or must be paid in full at the time of the exchange.

One-Time Use
This exchange offer is limited to one vehicle per customer per 12-month period.

Availability
Exchanges are subject to current vehicle availability. If the replacement vehicle is priced higher, you will be responsible for the difference. If it is priced lower, no cash refunds will be provided.

Out-of-State Customers
Transportation Costs: Out-of-state customers are responsible for any transportation costs associated with the exchange. Vehicle Inspection: Vehicles must be inspected by City Auto or an authorized partner before the exchange is approved.
Title and Registration: Customers are responsible for any additional title and registration fees incurred due to the exchange.

Policy Scope
This guarantee applies only to retail vehicles sold by City Auto and is non-transferable.

Right to Modify
City Auto reserves the right to modify or discontinue this exchange program at any time, without prior notice.

Customer Responsibility
You must maintain full insurance coverage during the exchange period. No verbal or written statements by anyone other than authorized City Auto management can alter this policy.
