LONG REVIEW ALERT 🥳If I could give Deborah Dowdy 100 stars, I absolutely would! When I say EXCEPTIONAL customer service, I mean just that! I purchased my truck last week, and I can honestly say that I have NEVER experienced the level of dedication, patience, professionalism, and genuine care that Deborah provided throughout this entire process. Let's be real, purchasing a vehicle can be STRESSFUL! Between the questions, financing, paperwork, and simply trying to get the vehicle you want, the process can become overwhelming. But not once did Deborah make me feel like I was asking too many questions or taking up too much of her time. She answered EVERYTHING with patience, kindness, and reassurance. What truly sets Deborah apart is that she DID NOT GIVE UP ON ME! From DAY ONE, she went above and beyond to help make this purchase happen. She fought for me, explored options, followed through, and remained committed even when things weren't looking as promising as we hoped. I genuinely believe that if it weren't for God and Deborah, I wouldn't be driving my truck today! ❤️ And let's talk about COMMUNICATION! One thing I have learned is that people will promise to call you back, and sometimes you never hear from them again(I’m within customer service leadership myself and I can sometimes suck at this lol so this is why it matters so much to me) but NOT DEBORAH! When she said she would call, SHE CALLED! When she said she would follow up, SHE FOLLOWED UP! I never felt forgotten, overlooked, or like I was just another potential sale. When I arrived at the dealership, Deborah was ALREADY OUTSIDE WAITING FOR ME! That alone spoke volumes about her character and the pride she takes in her work. But what touched me even more was how she treated my family. She welcomed my husband and daughter with so much warmth and kindness, as though we were her own family. That meant more to me than she probably realizes. Deborah didn't just sell me a truck. She earned my trust, my respect, and a customer for LIFE! I sincerely hope her management and the entire dealership recognize the GEM they have on their team. Employees like Deborah are the reason customers return, refer their families, and speak highly of a business. You can teach someone how to sell a vehicle, but you cannot teach everyone to genuinely CARE about the people they serve. Deborah has BOTH qualities, and that deserves recognition! If I needed to purchase 10 more vehicles, I would go right back to Deborah for EVERY SINGLE ONE! Purchased vehicle from City Auto on 9/24/26. Vehicle had issues requiring service. I was given an appointment to bring in vehicle 10/4/26 to have issues fixed. When brought in on 10/4/26, I provided a list of what was needed to be taken care of. The vehicle turned out to be unsafe! City Auto was to check front brakes which didn't feel right when applying brakes. The brakes were equipped with the wrong rooters and wrong brake pads. The vehicle also had bad tires coming apart. One of them with a big chunk out of its tread. Left rear passenger window switch doesn't work. The right rear passenger window switch comes down, but does not work bringing window back up. Vehicle was brought in to be served and was kept for 3 days. 100+ miles and 1/2 tank of gasoline was gone through with no issues corrected. The only issue addressed was the right front side marker light. I had to replace 4 tires, 2 front rooters and brake pads, 20 lug nuts. Total expenses paid thus far is $2,188.76. Vehicle still needs wheels alignment.

today i was having a bad day & needed to get a new car and just meeting the young lady hannah made my day! her energy was amazing and made me feel good about myself! she’s amazing! i had to come do a review because i will remember she lifted me up when i was down! this place is amazing please go get a car from them, my financials didnt work out but they took care of me 100%!
