Sandeep Soni- I came in today to purchase a new car due to my old car going out on me. I was contacted by Sandeep Friday while still at work- we set up an appointment for next Saturday but, then this morning he texted and asked if I can come in today? I caught a Uber here to City Auto and left with the car that I wanted and liked. He’s very patient (make sure you have all your paperwork ready to make your experience great)😌 . Everyone at this place is very helpful, great customer service. Even the guy who did my finance paperwork was sweet. I should’ve came here the first time to purchase a car- Sandeep made my experience worth the time. Tyrone is a heck of a car salesman. Very knowledgeable, great personality. Exactly 2 1/2 months later, I now have a blown head gasket, transmission has 2 bad sensors & service transmission gauge says service transmission as it did the same day I picked it up, was taken over to shop and reset it. Told me they forgot to reset it when servicing it. Exactly 1 month to the day it was on again.
