Responsibilities
- Greet guests when they enter the store
- “Go the extra mile” to drive sales
- Stay up-to-date on new inventory
- Build lasting relationships with guests to get your name out there and bring in business
- Use networking skills to drive business
- Work effectively with co-workers to guarantee great customer service
Skills
- Exceptional communication skills, attitude, and self-confidence
- Proven success in Customer Service
- Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
- Basic math skills
- Working knowledge of customer demographics and market dynamics
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills
- A friendly and energetic personality with a customer service focus
- Availability to work flexible shifts, including evening hours and weekends a MUST
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 – $200,000.00 per year

Schedule:
10-hour shift/ 6 days a week
Experience
Automotive Industry: 2 years (Preferred)
Customer Service: 2 years (Required)
Sales: 2 years (Preferred)
Language: Spanish (Preferred)
License/Certification: Driver’s License Required
