Responsibilities

• Greet guests when they enter the store
• “Go the extra mile” to drive sales
• Stay up-to-date on new inventory
• Build lasting relationships with guests to get your name out there and bring in business
• Use networking skills to drive business
• Work effectively with co-workers to guarantee great customer service

Skills

• Exceptional communication skills, attitude, and self-confidence
• Proven success in Customer Service
• Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
• Basic math skills
• Working knowledge of customer demographics and market dynamics
• Solid communication and interpersonal skills
• A friendly and energetic personality with a customer service focus
• Availability to work flexible shifts, including evening hours and weekends a MUST
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 – $200,000.00 per year

Schedule:

10-hour shift/ 6 days a week

Experience

Automotive Industry: 2 years (Preferred)

Customer Service: 2 years (Required)

Sales: 2 years (Preferred)

Language: Spanish (Preferred)

License/Certification: Driver’s License Required
